Internal auditing is a key component of any food safety and quality management system which is also mandated requirement of the GFSI Global Standards for Food Safety.
Internal auditing is an independent, objective and systematic approach to determine whether your food safety and quality system is being implemented as written and to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of the program.
GSS consultants are trained internal auditors and third party auditors. They will provide a report outlining recommendations for change and improvements.
